The Grand Prize was awarded to Mokpo-si and Muan-gun, the Excellence Award to Gangjin-gun and Yeonggwang-gun, and the Encouragement Prize to Gokseong-gun and Boseong-gun. Haenam-gun won the grand prize for excellent cities and counties in the area of regional economic vitalization. The grand prize was given to Damyang-gun and Yeonggwang-gun, the excellence award to Gwangyang-si and Muan-gun, and the effort award to Gokseong-gun and Jindo-gun. Gwangyang-si and Jindo-gun received the grand prize for cities and counties with excellent investment attraction, Jangheung-gun and Yeonggwang-gun received the excellence award, and Naju-si, Muan-gun and Hampyeong-gun received the encouragement award. In addition, 30 people, including CEO of Muchang Co., Ltd., Kim Tae-seon, received commendation from civilians for their contributions to job creation, revitalization of the local economy, and investment attraction.
